It's golden yellow and titanium
Golden electrolytic coloring is given priority to with KMnO4 system, its craft is: 7 ~ 12 g/LKMnO4, 25 ~ 35 g/LH2SO4, additive in 15 ~ 25 g/L, temperature 15 ~ 40 ℃, 7 ~ 10 v ac voltage, time is 2 ~ 4 min.
Titanium gold is a kind of golden hue, hence also called "K gold". Its main components are selenoic acid, which is highly toxic and expensive and less applied.
Electrophoresis process
Process: skim - water - alkali corrosion - water - water - the light - water - water - anodized to water, pure water to wash to the electrolytic coloring - water - hot water wash, cold water wash - electrophoresis - RO1 washing - RO2 washing to waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall, baking (180 ℃, 25 ~ 30 min)
